Sewall we take tremendous pride in keeping our automatic delivery customers tanks full, but the reality is, when you have a propane powered generator there is no such thing as “Automatic Delivery.” The unpredictable nature of power outages make it impossible for us to know when your generator is running and how much propane is left in your tank. To avoid “out of route” delivery fees, or a potential “run out”, we encourage our generator customers to sign-up for M.W. Sewall’s, Propane Tank Monitoring Service.

How remote propane tank monitoring works

Our propane tank monitor checks your tank’s fuel level daily and sends an alert if your fuel level drops below a preset threshold.
Reports and alerts are wirelessly communicated, 24/7, to our main office via secure cloud platform.
In the event of a power outage we’re able to remotely track the fuel level of your propane tank(s) before they reach critical levels.
We use this data to schedule a delivery, (if necessary) to ensure you have fuel when you need it the most!

This ensures that your tanks never run out of fuel and your stand by generator never stops running in the event of a power outage.
