We strongly suggests using kerosene in all outside oil tanks. Kerosene (K-1) has a much lower pour point than conventional #2 oil, which helps prevent gelling in your tank. To ensure the integrity of our product, the delivery truck on your delivery day only carries K1. To ensure a reliable supply, we store K1 at both of our bulk plants.
