We are happy to offer a service contract for your heating system. In an effort to keep these contracts as easy to understand as possible we will offer the following options:

For boilers, oil fired water heaters and warm air furnaces.
Our basic plan includes an Annual Tune-Up and provides FREE 24 hour emergency service for covered items.

Basic Tune-Up Plan Includes (but is not limited to):

• Test & inspect all burner controls.
• Clean or replace oil filters and strainers.
• Clean nozzle assembly and replace nozzle.
• Vacuum & clean heat exchanger and smoke pipe as necessary.
• Lubricate motors and bearing assemblies.
• Tune and adjust oil burner for maximum efficiency.
• Perform combustion efficiency test.

• Ultrasonic Tank Testing for Oil Tanks  – Tank Sure Insurance (for those that pass)

Along with the Annual necessary Tune-Up this plan provides 24 hour emergency service for a problem that may develop on a covered item at any time during the year. M. W. Sewall will replace or repair, if necessary any of the parts covered at no cost to you, including labor. Here is a list of major items. Call for complete list.
